The annual Mackinac Island Christmas Bazaar is always a festive way to start the holiday season. A Christmas tree lighting in the middle of town kicks off the weekend. There are raffles, auctions, dinners, tables of homemade crafts and cookies, a visit from Santa and more. What could be more magical than this snow-covered island around Christmas time?
