CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

 

This snow-covered wonderland is the perfect winter destination, with beautifully groomed trails through serene forests.  You will feel like you have the island all to yourself. Cross-country skiing season is usually mid-December through March. Be sure to bring your own skis or snowshoes! Check out the Mackinac Island Ski Club's website for additional information.
